Standard grade pins are pins that have little to no flaw. Flaws are usually not noticeable and do not affect the overall aesthetic and design of the pin. Seconds grade pins are pins that have a range of minor to major flaws that are noticeable. Seconds grade pins are much more affordable and something you can wear and not be afraid to receive wear and tear damages.
Any flaws on the side and back of the pins do not count towards the grading policy as these flaws are not noticeable when you wear them, and/or have on display on your pinboards. The only flaws that would be counted are if there are deep scratch marks, or peeling metal plating, on the side that is affecting the front of the pin. This might be something I have missed or something that happened during shipping.

For domestic shipping, please contact USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777. Once packages are handed over to USPS, this issue will be on their hands. Usually, they will investigate and help you find your lost or delayed package.
For international packages, please check your tracking information on Global Post. Once your package leaves the U.S., there is nothing Global Post or USPS can do in terms of tracking. If it looks like it should be arriving to your country, but tracking has stopped, please contact your local post office.

I'm sorry, but I cannot do that. It is illegal and I will be held responsible with a fine. You are responsible for paying your country's VAT. If insurance was purchased for the package and the package was lost or damaged during transit, the full value of the order cannot be claimed if the customs declaration value was set to your convince. Customs will be set to "merchandise" and correspond to the same value of the items purchased in the shop.
Pre-orders are open until all the open slots are filled. But pre-orders usually take 3-6 weeks for production, shipping to me, quality checking, then processing your orders. For accurate time frames, please refer to the information on the product listing.
Please be patient during this time. Or you can wait till the product arrives so you do not have to wait for the pre-order period.
