Enamel Pin Grading Quality Policy

DISCLAIMER: Enamel pins are all handmade by my manufacturer(s). There are NO perfect pins as each one might have very small flaws to very noticeable ones. Therefore, please read our quality policy.

✦ Standard Grade (A-Grade)**:

Free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections such as:

  • tiny stray glitter specs
  • "missing" glitter in small areas
  • superficial tiny bubble in enamel or epoxy coating,
  • imperfections in the metal on the sides or back of the pin
  • minor imperfections in the metal plating
  • superficial scratches on metal surfaces
  • superficial paint drops or spreading into other enamel
  • small/unnoticeable uneven enamel fills
  • slightly misaligned screen printing
  • large metal areas will exhibit: minor scratches, minor dents, and other minor imperfections that may occur.
  • superficial/small/tiny/minor dings and holes in the enamel
  • superficial/small/tiny/minor dust in enamel

 

**Standard orders may be filled as collector's grade, but are not guaranteed as such.

✧ Seconds Grade (B-Grade):

Minor to major defects of the types noted above, including the following:

  • major dings and holes in the enamel
  • peeling/damaged metal plating
  • peeling enamel
  • missing enamel
  • large/noticeable uneven enamel fills
  • other unexpected problems

Enamel Keychain Grading Quality Policy

DISCLAIMER: Enamel keychains are all handmade by my manufacturer(s). There are NO perfect keychains as each one might have very small flaws to very noticeable ones. Therefore, please read our quality policy.

✦ Standard Grade (A-Grade)**:

Free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections such as:

  • superficial bubble/dust specs/smudges in enamel
  • imperfections on the metal/metal plating on the sides, front and/or back, including polishing scratches/dings on the surface of large metal areas
  • superficial scratches on metal surfaces
  • superficial paint drops or spreading into other enamel
  • small/unnoticeable uneven enamel fills
  • slightly misaligned screen printing
  • superficial/minor dents in the enamel

**Standard orders may be filled as collector's grade, but are not guaranteed as such.

  • minor/major dings and holes in the enamel

Itabag Grading Quality Policy

DISCLAIMER: Itabags are all handmade by my manufacturer(s). There are NO perfect itabags as each one might have very small flaws to very noticeable ones. Therefore, please read our quality policy.

✦ Standard Grade (A-Grade)**:

Free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections such as:

  • scratches on the clear vinyl window
  • imperfections on where the piping fabric connects, i.e. imperfect cuts (not straight)
  • imperfection with certain sown areas, i.e. stray threads, some fabric areas tightly sown together, etc.
  • slightly uneven shape, pockets, etc.
  • stiff zipper
  • slightly misaligned misaligned metal detail

**Standard orders may be filled as collector's grade, but are not guaranteed as such.

✧ Seconds Grade (B-Grade):

Minor to major defects of the types noted above, including the following:

  • slightly slanted front shape of the bag, i.e. clear vinyl window might be slanted due to sown fabric pulling to one side
  • not centered metal detail
  • dirty mark on clear vinyl window
  • very noticeable uneven back pocket, or inside pocket
  • other unexpected problems

TIPS:

  • Zipper getting stuck? Slightly pull it up while zippering and do not rush to zipper it.
  • Bag shape is slightly "off"? You can pull and reshape the bag OR just stuff it and it should reshape itself.

 

Standard grade pins are pins that have little to no flaw. Flaws are usually not noticeable and do not affect the overall aesthetic and design of the pin. Seconds grade pins are pins that have a range of minor to major flaws that are noticeable. Seconds grade pins are much more affordable and something you can wear and not be afraid to receive wear and tear damages. 

Any flaws on the side and back of the pins do not count towards the grading policy as these flaws are not noticeable when you wear them, and/or have on display on your pinboards. The only flaws that would be counted are if there are deep scratch marks, or peeling metal plating, on the side that is affecting the front of the pin. This might be something I have missed or something that happened during shipping.

There will be a 36 hour grace period where you can claim the difference between the original price to the sale price, only if applicable. This will not be automatically done, but will only be done when you email me your claim. Please remember, I am one person running this small shop, therefore I am unable to keep track of every order.

For domestic shipping, please contact USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777. Once packages are handed over to USPS, this issue will be on their hands. Usually, they will investigate and help you find your lost or delayed package. 

For international packages, please check your tracking information on Global Post. Once your package leaves the U.S., there is nothing Global Post or USPS can do in terms of tracking. If it looks like it should be arriving to your country, but tracking has stopped, please contact your local post office.

I'm sorry, but I cannot do that. It is illegal and I will be held responsible with a fine. You are responsible for paying your country's VAT. If insurance was purchased for the package and the package was lost or damaged during transit, the full value of the order cannot be claimed if the customs declaration value was set to your convince. Customs will be set to "merchandise" and correspond to the same value of the items purchased in the shop.

Pre-orders are open until all the open slots are filled. But pre-orders usually take 3-6 weeks for production, shipping to me, quality checking, then processing your orders. For accurate time frames, please refer to the information on the product listing.

Please be patient during this time. Or you can wait till the product arrives so you do not have to wait for the pre-order period.

The order will be shipped once the pre-order item has arrived. If you do not want to wait/have your order on hold, please purchase in-stock items separate from pre-order items.
